I think that the higheer education is more importance than the experience if we talk about job hiring criterias. The reason for this is that the education give us the knowledge and skills that we need to performe our job well. Without proper education, we may not have the necessery tools to do our job effectively. On the other hand, experience also play a role in job hiring because it shows that we have hands-on practice in the field. However, in my opinion, experience can only take us so far. Without a solid education foundation, our experience may be limit and we may not be able to adapt to new situations or teknologies. In conclusion, while both education and experience are important, I believe that education should be the more important criteria when it comes to job hiring. It provide us with the knowledge and skills that we need to succeed in our career, and it can open doors to new opportunities that we may not have had with experience alone.

Is a degree a must in the modern workplace?

In modren workplace, many people beleive that having degree is the must. I am agree with this opinion because degree can provide better job opportunities and higher salary. In this essay i will explain my reasons for agreeing with this statement. Firstly, having degree can provide better job opportunity. Many companies prefer to hire employee with degree because they think that people with degree have more knowledge and skills. For example, if two people apply for same job, one with degree and other without degree, the company will most likely choose person with degree. This shows that degree is important for getting good job. Secondly, having degree can also lead to higher salary. Companies are willing to pay more money to employee with degree because they think that these employee are more valuable. For instance, research has shown that people with bachelor degree earn about 50% more than people with only high school diploma. Nowadays, people say that modern communication technologies make writing letter not needed anymore. I disagree with this opinion. I think there are still many good reasons and situations to write letters today. First, letters are more personal form of communication. When you receive letter in mail, it feels special, like the person sending really cares and put in effort. Emails and text messages are fast and easy, but they dont have same personal touch. Getting a handwritten letter is always exciting and meaningful. Also, for some official or formal communications, letters are still prefered or even required. For example, if applying for job or communicating with government offices, often need to submit documents and letters rather then just sending email. Letters seem more secure and official in those kind of situations. Finally, letter writing is a way of expressing yourself and being creative. Many famous writers, poets and thinkers in history wrote lots of letters that we still read today. Writing letters lets you collect and share you're thoughts in a thoughtful, artful way thats different from quick, casual online messaging. It is a skil that takes time to learn but can be very rewarding. There is two differents way to look at conflict between teenager and there parents, some peoples think it a normal and necessarys part of growing up. While other believe it is bad thing what should be avoid. I will discus both sides of this arguments and give my openion. On one hand, many people view some conflicts between teanagers and parents as unavodable step in the grownup process. As children go to teenagers, they are starting to develop there own identity and want more independenses from there parents. This naturaly lead to sum disagreements and argument, as teenagers test boundaries and parents try to maintain control. Going through this process can help teenager learn importent life skill such as compromize, negotiasion and standing up for what they beleive in. In sum way, a certain amount conflic can bee seen as healthy and necessary. On the other hand's, there is those who argue that teenage/parent conflict is purely negative and cause more harm then good. Constant fighting and arguments can lead to breakdowns in comunicacion and damage to the relationship over time. It can also have negative impacts to the mental healths of both the teenager and the parent. In extreme cases, constant conflict can even result in teenagers running away from homes or engaging in risky behaviors. From these perspective, its best for family to avoid conflic as much possible and focus on healthy communication instead. In conclusions, while I can undarstand both perspectives on this topic, I personally believe that sum conflict between teanagers and parents is unavodaible and can even bee beneficial when handle in a healthy way. The key is fir both sides to learn efective communication skills and too find compromise when posible, rather then letting arguments escalade. Parents should strive to create open dialoge with there teenagers while still setting appropiate boundaries. I am agree that governments needs to make higher tax of fast foods because of many people health problems from it. Fast foods is tasty and easy to get but they have so much calories, fat and salt in them which make people more fat and get sick if eat them too much times. The fast foods companies always advertise a lot which make more people wants to eat their foods, especialy young peoples and childrens who don't know about the dangers. This is bad for the socierty and economy too when people get sick more from the fast foods. If government make the tax of fast foods higher, than the price will go up more and less people can buy it everyday. More people will choose healthier foods option instead which have lower price. Also the fast food companies will have less profit so maybe they start to make their foods more nutrition and less salt, fat so they can keep the lower tax. This way, both the people and companies can benefit. In conclusion, I agree strongly that need higher tax for fast foods. Is important for improving health of population and for making the fast food industry changes to more better. Government have the responsibily to control this problem so the future generation can have long and healthy lifes. Although some peoples will complain about higher price, but is for good in the long term.

The industry sector maintaining around 30-35% job in all these 80 years, small fluctuations only. Biggest growth in the services where nearly 80% of USA employee working in 2010. Its a huge increase from only 40% in 1930's. In conclusion it can seeing the pattern of reduction on agricultural workers but services getting the very big increase and industry remains stable. This trend are expected to continue in future, agriculture will getting even lower percentage but services will more and more dominate USA employment in next years.

In some country, they have make laws for to limiting the working hour that a boss can ask his worker to do. This essay will discus why government make this kind law and why I think it is good trend. Government introduce this kind law becose they want protect the worker. If no law, then company can make employer work for too many hour. This is not fare for worker, becose they also need time for family and hobby and sleep. If work too much, then worker will become tired and sick. This is bad for worker and also bad for company, becose tired worker make more mistake and work more slow. So government make law to protect health of worker and make sure company not abuse them. I belief this is very positive trend. As i mention before, if worker must do too much work, he will have many problem. His helth will be bad, he will have stress, his family will suffer becose he has no time for them. This is not good for worker or his family or sociaty. We need law to make sure everyone have good balance between work and life. With this law, worker can have more time for himself and his family. He can take rest when he need it. This will make him more productive when he is working. In conclusion, i strong believe that law for limit work hour is very important and positive thing. Nowadays we are seeing that some museums is charging entrance fee but some other museum do not charge. I think charging entry fee in a museum having more advantages over not charge for entry. In this essay i will explaining my opinion. One advantage for charging entrance fee is museum can earn money for maintaining. For example, museum need money to keeping artifact in good condition, pay worker salary. Also museum need money if want to display new artifact or expand. So, if museum charging entrance fee they can earn enough money to pay for all the cost for running museum. If museum have enough money, they can be run smoothly. Other advantage is if museum charges entrance fee, visitor will appreciate museum more. For example, if people pays money to visit museum, they will be spending more time to properly seeing every artifact on display. If museum is free, visitor may only quickly walk past each artifact and not pay attention, they will not appreciate. I have experienced this when visiting free museum. Other visitor was very noisy and they not respect the museum. But in museum i pay to enter, all visitor was quiet and paying attentions. So, charging money will make visitor take museum seriously. In conclusion, i believe charging fee for enter museum have more advantages as compare to free museum entry. This is because museum can earning money to pay operating cost and also visitor will appreciate museum more if they paying money to enter.

For me, the word "self love" means to take care on yourself and make sure your needs are met. It means to accept yourself for who you are, flaws and all. If we do not love ourselves, it is difficulter to truly love others. While some people says that it should be parents responsibility to decide whether to vaccinate their child or not, I am of the opinion that immunising childrens should be mandatory by law. Firstly, vaccination saves lives of childrens by preventing them from being infected by potentially deadly diseases. It is prove by many studies that majority of childrens who receive vaccinations at early age develop strong immunity system against most dangerous viruses. Parents who refuse to immunise their child put their life at risk and also endanger health of other kids around them who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons or too young. Hence, immunisation must be required by law to ensure safety of all childrens in society. Secondly, mandatory vaccination is important for public health and economics of country. I am not agree with this idea. I think it is not good for the prisoners to give a talk to the students in school. There are many reasons why I am not agree with this. Firstly, the prisoners are not good example for the students. They have done bad things in the past and they have been in prison. The students will not respect them and will not listen to them. They will think that if they do bad things, they will also go to prison and then they can become good citizens later. This is not the right message to give to the students. Secondly, the prisoners are not trained to give talks to the students. They do not know how to communicate with the students and how to make them understand the dangers of committing a crime. They may not be able to answer the questions of the students and may not be able to give them the right information. This will not be effective in telling the students about the dangers of committing a crime. In conclusion, I disagree with the idea of having the prisoners give a talk to the students in school. This show that the primary purpose off food is to keep us alive and health, not for enjoyment. The graph is showing salary of doctors and other job in seven different country for year 2004 in thousand USD. It is clear that doctor make much more money than other worker in each place. US have highest pay for doctors at around 120,000 USD per year. It is over twice amount of next highest - UK at approx 75,000. Germany, France, and Canada doctors also get around 70K. However Italy and Mexico doctors maked significantly less at around 25-35,000 USD annually. For the other work, UK and Germeny have most high pay around ~30,000. After this Frence, Italy, Mexico and Canada are all very similar between 12K to 18K. Once again the United States is pay by far most, approx 45,000 USD for other worker, much more than any another country. In conclosion, the chart demonstrate that doctors are payed alot more than other worker in each country, especially in USA. The pay difference between doctor and normel jobs is also largest in US. While in countries such as Mexico and Italy, the salary gap is more small between professions.

I agree that in future, there it will be no more teachers and students sitting together in classroom, as we see nowadays. With all the new technologies on internet, there are options to learn from home and only meet your teacher sometimes over zoom. I think this will be very popular. Many students already benefit from home study. With computer and internet, they can search many informations themself and having teacher who maybe know less than the internet is not necessary. They will also save lot time, as they no need to travel to classroom every day. They can do the homework and attend class whenever they want and manage own time, it is flexible. But of course, these changes may creating a problem as well. For example will the social life of students suffer? If they study only at home, maybe cannot meet friends at school. Also some student must have physical training or exercise, like sports or music classes, this cannot be done on internet. And the teacher will not get job if no classroom! Overall i think thats classroom study are important. But i belive we also use more technology and have online classes in future. Maybe we can find a way to combine both home study and classroom study, so that student can benefit from all the advantage.
