Some people believe that children at secondary school should be streamed, i.e. taught in classes according to ability, rather than being taught in mixed-ability classes. Do you think the advantages of streaming children at secondary school outweigh the disadvantages? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge and experience.
In this essay I discuss about streaming which mean putting students in classes depend of their ability. I think that streaming have more advantages then disadventages, so I agree with this idea. There are some reasons why I think streaming is good for students in secondary school. First of all, if stoodents with same ability are in one class, it helps teacher to teach them easier. Teacher dont need to repeat many times and dont need to wait for bad students, becase all stoodents in class have same level of ability. Also, teachers can give more tasks to good students because good students can done task faster. So, streaming can help teachers in making lessons more effective. Second, streaming make students learn with same speed. In mixed-ability classes bad students can fill behind because they cannot understund lesson fast. Other side good students can be bored when teacher repeat information for bad students. But in streamed classes all stoodents have similar speed of learning, so they can study with same speed and dont need to wait for other stoodents. In conclution, I think that streaming has more positive than negative things. It can help teachers to teach more effective and can help students to learn with same speed. So, I think streaming is good idea for secondary school and I agree that it should be used.

Television as powerful educational tool or mindless entertainment? What extent do you agree or disagree?
In this modern day, television has became a necessary part of our live. It can be both a powerful edukational tool and a sourse of mindless entertaynment. In my opinion, I believe that television has the potensial to be a great resurce for learning, but it also can be a wast of time if not used proparly. On the one hand, television offer a wide range of edukational programs that can help people learn about various topics. For example, there are many documentaryes and news programs that provide informasion about current events, history, and sience. These programs can be very informativ and help people expand there knowledge. Additionally, some television channels are dedicated to learning, such as Discovery Channel and National Geographic, which offer high-quality edukational content. On the other hand, television also has a lot of mindless entertaynment that can be a wast of time. Many people spend hours watching reality shows, sitcoms, and other programs that do not provide any edukational value. These types of shows can be addictiv and can take away from time that could be spent on more produktive activities. Furthermore, some television content can be harmful, such as violent or sexually explicit material, which can have a negative impact on viewers, especially children. In conclusion, I believe that television has the potensial to be both a powerful edukational tool and a source of mindless entertaynment. It is up to the individual to choose what they watch and how they use television. If used wisely, television can be a great resource for learning and personal growth. However, if used excessively or for the wrong reasons, it can be a wast of time and even harmful. Therefore, it is important for people to be mindful of their television viewing habits and to use it in a way that benefits them.

Do you think the benefits of being a doctor outweigh the time and cost it takes to complete medical school? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience. Write at least 250 words.
In my opinion, the benefit to become doctor is more than the time and money to finish medical school. Its true that going medical school is very lengthy process, often taking over 10 year to compelte undergraduate degree, medical school, residency and sometimes felowship training. On top of this, cost of medical education has increase, resultin in high amounst of debt for many young doctors. However, despite the lengh and expenses, i belief the advantage of being a doctor is worth it. First, doctors has opportunity to directly help people and make a meangful impact in there lives. Saving lifes, curing deseases, reducing pane - this things gives doctors a sense of purpose and fullfillment that is so valuable. The satisfaction of using you skills to help others cant be measure in time or money. Second, being doctor is usually a stable and respeced career. It is profession that always in demand. People will always need healthcare, so doctors has reliable employement. Additionaly, doctors is generally well-compensated, especialy in specialtes like surgery or dermatology. While the debt from school can be burden, most doctor is able to pay it of and still has confortable lifestyle with good income over they career. Of course, being doctor is not for everyone. It require a lot of hard work, dedication and sacrfice. Not all can handle the stress and chalenge. But for those who has the inteligence, comitment and desire to help others, i belief the benefit of being doctor greatley outweighs the time and cost of training. In conclusion, while recognizeing the significent investment to become doctor, i strongly feel that it is worthwhile undertakeing for those suited to the profession. The intangible rewards and positiv impact on society is immense. As the saying goes, if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. For aspiring doctor who truly wants to help others, the years of training will be time well spent.
In cities and towns all over the world the high volume of traffic is a problem. What are the causes of this and what actions can be taken to solve this problem?
Nowadays, the traffic is becoming a big problem for cities and towns in the world. This essay will discuss about the causes of this problem and suggest some possible solves that can be taken to improve the situation. There are two main reasons why the volume of traffic is increasing in urban area. Firstly, the population in cities and towns are growing very fast. This is because many people from rural area move to cities to find job opportunities and better life. As a result, the number of vehicles on the roads increase significantly, which leads to traffic congestion. Secondly, the public transport system in many cities is not well-developed. Many people prefer to use their own cars instead of using buses or trains, which makes the traffic even worse. To tackle this problem, government and local authorities can take several actions. One solution is to improve the public transportation system. This can be done by investing more money to build new bus lanes, train lines and subway systems. By doing this, people will be encouraged to use public transports instead of their private vehicles, which can reduce the number of cars on the roads. Another solution is to encourage people to use bicycles or walk for short distances. Government can create more bike lanes and pedestrian walkways to make it safer and more convenient for people to cycle or walk. In conclusion, the high volume of traffic in cities and towns is a serious issue that needs to be addressed urgently. By understanding the causes of this problem and taking appropriate actions, such as improving public transportation and promoting cycling and walking, we can help to reduce traffic congestion and create a more livable urban environment for everyone.
Some people believe that economic growth is the only way to end poverty and hunger in the world. Others think that economic growth is damaging the environment and should stop. Discuss both points of view and give your own opinion.
Some peoples believe economic growth are only solution to end poverty and hunger of world. Other believes economic growth damage environment so it must be stopped. I will discuss both side of view and give my own opinion. On the one hand, economic growth can help to end poverty and hunger. When economy of a country grows, it creates more job opportunitys for people. With more jobs available, people can earn more money and afford to buy food and other basic necesities. This can help to reduce poverty and hunger in the country. Additionaly, economic growth can also lead to increase in government revenue, which can be used to fund programs that help poor and hungry people, such as food banks and welfare programs. On the other hand, economic growth can also have negative impact on environment. As economy grows, there is often increase in industrial activity and consumption of resources. This can lead to air and water pollution, deforestation, and other environmental problems. Economic growth can also contribute to climate change, as increased industrial activity and transportation can lead to higher greenhouse gas emissions. Some people argue that environmental damage caused by economic growth is not worth benefits it provides in terms of reducing poverty and hunger. In my opinion, I believe that economic growth is necessary to end poverty and hunger, but it must be done in sustainable way that minimizes damage to environment. Governments should invest in clean energy and sustainable transportation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. They should also implement regulations to reduce pollution and protect natural resources. By balancing economic growth with environmental protection, we can work towards a world where everyone has access to food and basic necesities without compromising health of our planet.
Task 2: Today more people put personal and private information (address, telephone and plastic card numbers) online to do their daily activities such as banking, shopping, and socializing. Is this a positive or negative development?
Nowdays, more and more people puttin their personal an private informations like address, telephone numbers and plastic card number on the internet, to do their daily thing such as banking shoping and social medias. I think this is mostly a negative development for society in current times. On the one hand, puttin personal information online can be convenience. It is now easy to buy thing online from any place and any time, without need to go out of house. Also, we can making friends on social media sites an stay contacted with family who living far away. Online banking is much more quick than going to bank in person, saving many time. All of these benefits are happen because we put our private informations on the internet. However, in my opinion the risk are outway any potential benefit. One major concern is security - if hackers break into website or database where our infos is keeped, they can stole our money from bank account or use credit card to making unauthorized purchases. Identity thief is also become more common problem. In addition, company can selling our private informations to advertisers without our permision, leading to spam email and phone calls. It is also hard to remove personal datas once it is online, so it may effected our future career an relationships if not carefull. In concusion, although there are some advantage to share personal an private informations online like convinience an connecting with others, I believe the disadvantage such as security risk and lack of control over our own datas make it a overal negative trend. We need stricter rule an regulation to protect peoples privacy an give them more powers over their own informations in the digital age.
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task. Write at least 250 words. The preventing and reducing global environmental damage lies with politicians, as there are very little the individuals can do about this problem. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Nowadays, the environmental damage is more and more servere, and it become a global problems. Some people think that only government and politicians can solve this problem, because individual have very little power to change the situation. I partly agree with this opinion. On the one hand, I believe that politicans play an important role in protecting environment. Firstly, they have power to make laws and regulations to restrict the behaivior of companies and individuals which can damage the environment. For example, government can set strict standards on waste water discharge for factories, and fine the companies if they violate the rules. Secondly, politicans can allocate more budgets to support the development of clean energy and technology, such as solar power and wind power, which can reduce the consumption of fossil fuels and carbon emission. Thirdly, government can also raise people's awareness of environmental protection through education and publicity. On the other hand, I think individuals also have responsibilities and can make contributions to protect the environment. In daily life, everyone can take some small actions, such as saving water and electricity, using public transportations instead of private cars, and sorting garbage for recycling. These behaviors seem insignificant, but if all people do it, the effect will be huge. Moreover, individuals can also influence others by setting good examples and spreading the idea of environmental protection. For instance, if someone always bring his own shopping bag instead of using plastic bags, and explain the reason to others, he may persuade more people to do the same thing. In addition, individuals can also participate in some environmental organizations and activities to make their voice heard by the government and society. In conclusion, I believe that both government and individuals should take actions to protect the environment. Politicans have the power and resources to make policies and invest in green projects, while individuals can change their lifestyles and influence others. Only when everyone work together, can we solve the global environmental problems.
Many old buildings protected by law are part of a nation's history. Some people think they should be knocked down and replaced by new ones. How important is it to maintain old buildings? Should history stand in the way of progress?
In this essay I would like to discuss about the importance of maintain old buildings. This is a topic that generate a lot of debate. On the 1 hand, this historic places are a conection to our past and who we are as a nation and a people. It allow us to remember where we come from. On the other hand, many argue that we need to prioritize the future and the progress over sentiment for old stuff. I believe that while progress is ofcourse important, we shouldn't sacrifice our history and herritage for it. Old buildings not only tourist attraction but also hold a special meaning for local people. They make our cities to have unique character and charm, without them every place starts looking same. Goverment spend money to protect them through special laws, this show they are valuable. Ofcourse its true we cant live in past, and sometimes old bildings have to make way for important projects like hospital or school. But this shuld be done carefuly and only when really necesary. We need to strike a balance. Focus on progres but dont forget our roots and what make us special as a country and civilization. In conclusion, i strongly feel that in most case, old buildings should be maintain, but if there is some critical development needed, then practical benefit for society should come first.

More and more qualified people are moving from poor to rich countries to fill vacancies in specialist areas like engineering, computing and medicine. Some people believe that by encouraging the movement of such people, rich countries are stealing from poor countries. Others feel that this is only part of the natural movement of workers around the world. Do you agree or disagree?
In recent years, there has been increase in number of qualified people that are moving from poorer countries to richer countries for fill job vacancies in specialist fields such as engineering, computing, and medicine. There are some people who believe this is a form of theft by rich countries, who are stealing valuable human resources from poor countries. On the other hand, others argue that it is simply a natural part of the global movement of workers. I believe that while there are negative impacts on poorer countries, overall this trend is inevitable and can also bring some benefits. One of the main reasons that qualified people move to rich countries is for better job opportunities and higher salaries. In many poor countries, even highly educated and skilled professionals may struggle to find good employment and earn a decent living. Rich countries, on the other hand, often have high demand for workers in specialist fields and can offer much more attractive salaries and benefits. For indivdual workers, the opportunity to earn more money and advance their careers is a powerful motivator to move. However, the loss of these skilled professionals can have negative impact on poorer countries. When large numbers of doctors, engineers, and other highly trained workers leave, it can create "brain drain" effect that deprives these countries of valuable human capital. This can make it more difficult for poor countries to develop and compete in global economy. It can also lead to shortages of important services, such as healthcare, if there are not enough qualified professionals left to meet the needs of the population. Despite these negative effects, I believe that movement of workers is natural and inevitable in interconnected global economy. As transportation and communication technologies continue to improve, it becomes easier for people to move between countries for work. Trying to prevent this would likely be futile and could even harm global economic growth. Furthermore, there are also potential benefits for poorer countries. Remittances sent back by workers abroad can provide important source of income and help to reduce poverty. Some workers may also return to their home countries with new skills and knowledge that can contribute to development. In conclusion, while migration of skilled professionals from poor to rich countries can have negative impacts, I believe it is ultimately a natural and unavoidable phenomenon. Poorer countries may experience some "brain drain", but this is outweighed by benefits of remittances and skills transfer. Overall, the movement of workers is a necessary part of a globalized economy and brings benefits that are shared by both rich and poor countries.
Computers and modems have made it possible for office workers to do much of their work from home instead of working in offices every day. Working from home should be encouraged as it is good for workers and employers. Do you agree or disagree?
I am agree that working from home is good for both workers and employers. There are many advantages of working from home. Firstly, it is save time and money for workers. They dont need to spend time and money on travelling to office every day. They can use this time to work more and spend time with family. This is good for their work-life balance. Secondly, working from home is also good for employers. They can save money on office space and equipment. They dont need to provide desks, chairs, computers for workers. Workers can use their own equipment at home. This can save a lot of money for employers. Also, workers are more productive when they work from home. They are not distracted by colleagues and office noise. They can focus on their work and get more done. However, there are also some disadvantages of working from home. Some workers may feel isolated and lonely. They may miss the social interaction with colleagues. Also, some workers may find it difficult to separate work and personal life. They may work longer hours and feel stressed. Employers need to provide support and guidence to workers to help them manage their work-life balance. In conclusion, I believe that working from home should be encouraged. It has many benefits for both workers and employers. However, employers need to provide support to workers to help them manage the challenges of working from home. If this is done, working from home can be a win-win situation for everyone.

Some people say that in all levels of education, from primary schools to universities, too much time is spent on learning facts and not enough on learning practical skills. Do you agree or disagree?
In today's world, education is important for all people. Some people think that schools and university spend too many time teaching facts but not learn practical skills. I am agree with this opinion. Firstly, in school we learn many things that are not useful for real life. For example, we study many dates and names in history class. But this knowledge is not helpful for our future jobs or daily life. We will forget most of these facts after the exam. It is better to focus on skills like critical thinking and problem solving, which can be used in many situations. Secondly, practical skills are more important for success in work and life. For example, if you study business in university, it is more useful to learn how to do a presentation or write a report than just memorize theories from textbook. Practical experience is what employers look for when hiring. Also, life skills like cooking, managing money, and communicating with others are essential for everyone but not taught enough in schools. In conlusion, I believe that education should focus more on teaching practical skills rather than just facts. This will help students be more prepared for the real world and have a successful career and life. Of course, some basic knowledge is still important, but the balance needs to shift towards practical learning.
