Although this work arrangement offer some benefits for workers, i disagree dat it not benefit employer too. First of all, employees who work from housing can hav improved work-life balance. Thy dont must spend time commuting to work place everday, which save lot of time and reduse stress. Example, my coworker who work from his house tell me he has more time to spend with his family and doing hobbies he like. Dis can improve employee satisfaction and motivasion, resulting in increased productivity that benefit the company. Futhermore, companies can save muney by having employees work remotely. Thy dont need to provide as big of office space or pay for equipments, electricity, and other overhead expenses associate with traditional workplace. However i acknowledge that work from home can create some challenge for employer too. For examples, communication and colaboration between employees may be harder when they are not in same physical location. Overall, it can be seeing that ownership of electrical things increased a lot from 1920 to 2019 wile the amount of work decreased significantly at the same priod. According the first chart, only around 40% of family in this coutry have electrical things such as raido or refrigerators in their household in 1920. The percenteges increased dramatically to 100% having electrical household aplliance in next 40 years. Since 1960, the ownership numbers stayed quite stable at around 100%. At the another hand, we can see from second chart, amount of times spent on housework reduced from around 50 hours weekly in 1920 to less 10 hours a week in 2019. Which means a significantly decrease by around 40 hours peer week in total. The amount of time reduced moxt drastically between 1920s and 1960s, then continueed to drope at slower pace in next 60 years until 2019.

I would agree that while studing abroad is bringing many adventage to students, but it is also have some disadventage. There many benefit of study international. Firstly, student can learn new cultures and meet people from all over world. This expirience is valuable for their develop and broading mind. Also, studing in diferent country can improve language skill, especially if learning in language other than natif one. Student are force to practice speaking and listening everyday, so they improv quickly. In the both plans have managers room and cubicles for staff. Managers rooms located in the corner and take more area compared to single cubicule. Japanese office have 3 managers rooms where American office just having one. Another shared feature is reception, that present in both plans on the entrance of the office space. Hello, my name Samira and I currently stay in a apartment located at city centre of London. We both study at University College London (UCL) and decided to rent a place together to save some money on accomodation costs. Altough the rent is still quite high, as London is very expensive city to live at, but sharing makes it more affordable for us as a students. The location of apartment is very convinient, as it is close to our university campus and also has good access to public transport like underground and buses. There is also many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby so we have evrything we need in walking distance. Overall, I am quite haapy with my current living arangements and enjoy staying at this apartment with my friend Anna. It is cozy and confortable place to live and study, and the location is great for students like us.

In my oppinion, every person in the world have a responsiblity to take care of the enviroment and make it better, even if it is just small things. For examples, we can reduce the amount of waste we produce by using reusable bags and water bottles instead of disposable ones. We can also save energy by turning off lights and unpluging electronics when we are not using them. These small actions may seem insignificants, but when millions of people do them, they can have a big impect on the environment. Secondly, individuals can also influence the actions of goverments and large companies through there choices and behaviors. For instance, if many people start buying enviromentally friendly products, companies will be motivated to produce more of these products to meet the demand. Nowdays, many people are thinking that we are having too much choices in our life. I am agree with this statement to some extent. In this essay I will discus why I am agree and also not fully agree to this idea. Firstly, it is true that in modern world there are many choises for everything. For example, when I go to store to buy bread, I see 20 or more different type of breads. White bread, brown bread, multi-grain bread, gluten-free bread, and more breads. It can be confuse to choose which bread is best. Also, when I want to buy new phone, there are so many different phone available, with different price and different features. It taking me very long time to decide which phone to buy. In this way, too many choises can make life more difficult and waste time. People need to relax and unwind from the stress and strains of day to day life. Most of us have demanding jobs or studies that require a lots of mental effort. After a long day at work or school, people want to do something easy and relaxing, not something difficult that require even more mental effort. Doing a simple hobby like reading a book or watching TV can be just as enjoyable as doing a more challanging hobby like playing chess or learning a musical instrument. Secondly, hobbies should be something we enjoy doing, regardless of whether they are difficult or not. The enjoyment comes from the activity itself, not from how hard it is.
